Why is clicking the Install button not working on my Windows 8?

So I bought Matlab through Mathworks and downloaded everything into a folder and when I clicked on the installer nothing happened, so I did it in Safe Mode. Now it pops up a screen saying that it is unzipping the file and then automatically opening the Setup but once it completes this, nothing else happens and it does not prompt me the way that Mathworks says it should. Advice?

You should contact Mathworks Installation Support; there is free install support for all licenses.
