How i can convert the speech signal to voice ( reconstructed voice from its signal ) in matlab ?

Hello , I took the speech signal from EEG brain signals, I want to compare this signal with 10 signal words to find the corresponding signal ( word ) with the EEG signal and then hear this word in the speakers , I need to simulate this process in matlab ? how ?? thank you .
