i am going to code image enhancement algorithm which needs to find it fuzzy expected value of image.

the image enhancement algorithm is

Step 1: calculate the image histogram

Step 2: determine the fuzzy expected value(FEV)

Step 3: calculate the distance of gray-levels from FEV

Step 4: generate new gray levels

please tell me about fuzzy expected value.
