Cannot launch Simulink after upgrade to R2013a

I just have my R2012a upgraded to R2013a. But now I cannot launch the Simulink now. But the R2012a Simulink is still working.

Here is how it looks like under R2013a:

MATLAB: Simulink wasn't loaded.
Caught MathWorks::System::FatalException
>> simulink
MATLAB:dispatcher:loadLibrary Can't reload 'C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2013a\bin\win64\libmwsimulink.dll'.
Caught MathWorks::System::FatalException

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Only some of the causes of Can't Reload were ever explained.

The most common cause that was publicly explained was that in some cases it is necessary to reinstall the Microsoft Studio Run Time libraries.

Depending on the MATLAB version you are using, you might need to install the older Redistributable as well.

I tried reintalling the MATLAB.

It seems to work now.
