how to plote multiple graphs simultaneously from excel file in matlab

Dear Friends, I have data in excel file , like show below & i want to plot graphs.these explanation of my question is: the row 1 & 2 are unique(latitude & longitude are here) ,while on row no 4 to 14 there are data values of a march,while row no 17 to 27 these are again data values for the month April,(these are shown in black lines pair representing these two months)

I want to plot graph between column A & B( at one longitude & latitude, pair is representing with red lines ) till then the values of one month , I want to repeat this graphing making for all my longitudes & latitudes for the month march & April. the longitude & latitudes are 300 in numbers, while for each lon & lat there exit 10 data values( these 10 values will be use in graph) for each month. I want to plot a graph on each lat & long using these 10 data values for march & April automatically , kindly guide me about the complete procedure from opening this excel file in mat lab and plotting simultaneously graphs ,specially refer me some codes of programming in mat lab which makes save my time?
