Is there a way to detect if xPC Target File Scope drops data?

Is there a way to determine if data entering file scope fails to get written to disk?

I have a model that has multiple file scopes to record various data. When I download the various files from the target I noticed that one of the files has less than the expected amount of data. I have multiple file scopes that are configured with decimation of 1. Based upon that configuration I expected for each of the files to have the same number of samples. But there are a couple files which have a significantly less number of samples.
