Why do I receive the error "Cannot locate JNI library - RFADacsLib" when establishing a Reuters session using the Datafeed Toolbox in MATLAB R2007b?

I receive the following error message when I try establishing a connection to Reuters session: 
  ERROR: DACS initialization failed: com.reuters.rfa.dacs.AuthorizationException: Cannot start the DACS Library thread due to - Cannot locate JNI library - RFADacsLib
After this error appears, I am unable to subscribe to securities.  Why is that?

This is a known limitation in MATLAB R2007b.
Please contact MathWorks Technical Support if you need help with this error.
This has been fixed in MATLAB R2008a.
