Error in port widths or dimensions. 'Output Port 1' and Error in port widths or dimensions. Invalid dimension has been specified for 'Input Port 5'

I am getting these two errors : Error in port widths or dimensions. 'Output Port 1' and Error in port widths or dimensions. Invalid dimension has been specified for 'Input Port 5'.

The problem is that i am unable to identify from which block is the error arising from. Can anybody help?

Clicking the link in the error message would lead to the block in the Simulink model. Double click the two port blocks to check their data size or dimension. Most likely, the two blocks are connected but have different size, thus the error message.
