generate sine PWM using Simulink with F28035

I am using Matlab Simulink with F28035 and CCSv3.3, I want to build a simulink model for generating SinePWM (10K Hz), but facing a problem in configuring the ePWM block.
Please help me configuring the parameters, it would be helpful if I can get a correct simulink model for it.
