How to perform statistical analysis in correlation/ regression for multi varialbles

2 views (last 30 days)
Hi Folks,
Thanks in advance
I have extratced MODIS - Aqua netcdf feb (2019) weekly data of 4 varaibles chlorophyll, SST, PAR and POC of particular region. Objective was to identify of Harmful algal bloom spot later analyse towards its impact on climate and community structure. After reviewing many journals plan to perform statistical analysis in correlation and regression models which will compare the relationship of chlorphyll value (y axis) to that of other 3 variables SST, PAR and POC (x - axis)
I have shared the extracted 1st week Feb(2019) .csv data of 4 variables
Kindly help since I am not good with statistiacal analysis
kind regards

I have gone through document and the examples
in my case - I have big continuous data Lat(19: 23) and Lon (69:73) with pixel (approx 4000 rows) data value
I have 3 columns namely x- longitude, y- Latitude and z- Pixel data for all 4 variables chlor, SST, PAR and POC
Since each 4 variables not have same lat lon position with its pixel values and rows
please let me know how to use stastistical analysis especially correlation / regression
regards
