Can't Uninstall, What Should I Do?

Matlab, actually Simulink, was throwing some weird error. So I thought I'd unintall and then do a fresh install (of 2020b). But when I run the uninstaller (Win10) I get the following message
If I click o.k. the uninstaller just quits. What are my next steps?
Delete folder C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2020b and then do a fresh install?

The uninstall function deletes registry entries as well, however a fresh install should over-write them. Deleting some of the installed files manually is occasionally required.
Option #2: In the interim, if the current updates have not been installed, install them first, then see if the updated code works, and then if necessary, try uninstall again. If that fails, return to Option #1.
