Is Matlab Home available in only the United States?

I have recently been trying to purchase Matlab Home for my personal use. Unfortunately, the only country we can choose is the United States. Does this mean the Home license is not available to the rest of the world? By the way, I live in Finalnd.

Thus it "must" be available in Finland. (The Finnish web-site is in English.) There is (i.e. I see) a Nordic link at the bottom left of this page. However, clicking Finland takes me to the Swedish site. Or Click Contact Sales at the bottom of this page.
