How can i get the double % to highlight a section again?

In a previous version of MATLAB, when you typed %% it would highlight the section yellow, which i really liked for being able to click on a section and see what all is in it quickly. I recently upgraded to R2021b and it seems to not do it anymore. When searching i found people wanting to disable it and they did it under preferences and colors, but i do not see the option for it. Is there a way to re enable it or is it just gone? Below is a screenshot of what i see under colors > -programming tools, which is where others said they found it in older versions, thank you.

Yeah, I wish they revert that back, everyone seems unhappy about that change. MATLAB editor used to be one of the best in the industry, but that change is so annoying to many people. I find myself go back to edit in R2021a for specifically that nice section coloring.
