MATLAB를 지웠다가 다시 설치하는데 Activation Key를 입력하면 Error 349가 뜨는데 왜 뜰까요

Error 349: Your MathWorks Account email address is not authorized to use this license. Make sure you are using an email address associated with your organization. Please contact your license administrator for assistance.
