Undefined function 'butter' for input arguments of type 'double'

I am using Matlab 2013b (64 bits) version. My script is working well. But, as soon as I use this same script on an other computer with Matlab 2013b (32bits)version, The BUTTER function does not work as expected (Undefined function 'butter' for input arguments of type 'double'.). I checked that the BUTTER function is existing in the toolbox and the pathdef is OK on this computer (32bits). I cannot understand why it does not work ? Thank you for your help.

Thierry - if you type ver in the command window (32 bits MATLAB), what do you see next to the Signal Processing Toolbox?

Also, what is the code that you are using to call this function?

Hello, sorry for the late comment. When I type ver, I can Version6.20. But there are two Signal Processing Toolbox.
