MCC PCI-DAS4020/12 is not detected

I am running Data Acquisition Toolbox 3.6 in MATLAB 2014b (32-bit), on a 64-bit machine with Windows 7. InstaCal version 6.34 is also installed. I tested the PCI-DAS4020/12 card using InstaCal and TracerDAQ, and it is working fine.

The problem arises when I try to look for the card in MATLAB.

Error using analoginput (line 142)
Failure to find requested data acquisition device: mcc.

Using daqsupport, daqhwinfo , or daqfind does not locate the hardware. At best, the commands come up with 'winsound' for an Adaptor.
