how to compare optic disc retinal image segmented with the grountruth?

i have segmented the optic disc from some retinal image using morphological mathematic. i get the result with binary image like this
and i will count the acuracy by comparing with the groundtruth, the image groundtruh is like this
i get dificulty to count the acuracy..sorry if my english is bad..

I don't know how you want to compare them. How about if you just compare the areas? Or perimeter lengths? Or circularities (= perimeter^2/(4*pi*area))?
