Can I use matlab to get screen capture from live html?

I have searched around and the result is using the Image Acquisition Toolbox, but it just support the video input only. what I want is to capture image from live html.... I planned to capture one image every 1 second and then using the Image Acquisition Toolbox to furture analyse these images.
Really need this urgently..... hope you guys can help me out.
