Connection trouble with Arduino MEGA 2560 in Simulink

After some playing around I have finally managed to get my arduino Mega 2560 to work by commanding it through MATLAB but as soon as I try to build a block model in Simulink it wont let me connect and says it is not visible on the COM port.
I know MATLAB can see it and talk to it as I can manually type in commands to drive an LED. But Simulink wont connect to it?
What am I doing wrong or what have I missed???

Can anyone assist with this, it is a REV 3 version of the board on 2014a version of Matlab
