I downloaded matlab mobile on my android, I did not come across anything like license number

Call the Mathworks. I/We don't answer license and installation questions here. It requires information we just don't have access to, plus there are just too many things that can go wrong during the installation process (we know because there are several installation/license questions here everyday).
