Hey community,
Everytime I close Matlab I will have to re-install the deep learning toolbox in order to be able to load and interpret the convolutional neural networks. I have also noticed that the toolbox's apps are missing in the Apps section but in the add-on sectionI find the deep learning toolbox installed so I have to uninstall and reinstall it!
Thank you so much.
Here's the error:
In main/importSignalMenuSelected (line 769)
In matlab.apps.AppBase>@(source,event)tryCallback(appdesigner.internal.service.AppManagementService.instance(),app,callback,requiresEventData,event) (line 37)

In matlab.ui.internal.controller/WebMenuController/handleEvent (line 55)
In matlab.ui.internal.controller.WebMenuController>@(varargin)obj.handleEvent(varargin{:}) (line 36)

Perhaps your preferences directory has become corrupted. Maybe try deleting the preferences directory and restarting MATLAB.
To find the preferences directory, type:
>> prefdir
Delete the folder and then restart MATLAB. This will force MATLAB to regenerate it again.

Experiencing the disappearance of your deep learning toolbox can be frustrating and disruptive to your work. This issue can have various causes, and troubleshooting it may require some technical expertise. Here are some steps to help you address this problem:
- Check Software Installation: Ensure that your deep learning toolbox is correctly installed. Sometimes, issues can arise if the installation process was incomplete or if there were compatibility issues with other software components.
- Verify Licensing: If your toolbox requires a license, double-check that your license is valid and up to date. License issues can lead to the disappearance of software tools.
- Update or Reinstall: If you suspect that the toolbox is corrupted or outdated, consider updating it to the latest version or reinstalling it. This can often resolve issues related to missing tools.
