How to fit a line by using Hough transform for a set of known point

Dear Mr or Ms: My topic is about image processing.Now,I have a set of point.I want to fit a line based on the points by Hough transform.These points is equivalent to a matrix contains only 0 or 1.I try to program,but I'm failure.Please,help me and give me a program. thanks
