About Real time embedded power manegment with Dynamic voltage frequnecy scaling(DVFS)

Hello Any one can please suggest me if I want to implement my algo for power management with DVFS technique how should I proceed in matlab , I know its lot to ask but I am badly stuck with this situation because I am unable to find any toolkit which will be help full for this
