Help in MATLAB coding for channel estimation

Can any one help me in MATLAB coding for channel estimation in LS and MMSE with comparision of DFT and DCT based channel estimation. The channel used is Rayleigh channel and the result should be in the form of SNR vs. BER.

Sir, Up to now I compare LS and MMSE channel estimation. But now I have to compare LS with LS-DFT and LS-DCT. And MMSE with MMSE-DFT and MMSE-DCT. So can you help me ??
