opening function is executed again? Guide-Matlab

Hello, a question please. Into the GUIDE of MATLAB, the OpeningFcn is iterative?, in other words after any callback_function is executed, the peningFcn is executed again like a loop?. Thank you very much!!!!!!!!!!!!!
