No. If the code is not there on that computer, how could it possibly run it?
If you compile the program, you can run it as a standalone program without having the full blown MATLAB development environment. http://matlab.wikia.com/wiki/FAQ#How_can_I_make_a_standalone_executable_from_my_MATLAB_code.3F
