Cannot install Toolbox (Control System Toolbox) because I click on Sign in to Install and it loads forever

I have an academic license for Matlab and this toolbox is included in my license I have tried 5 or 6 times and the same happens

Sign in to Install loading for over 30 minutes. Is that a generall problem with tollboxes? Should I uninstall Matlab completely and download it again with the toolbax from the beginning? I would prefer to just download the toolbox.

facing the same problem here. the "sign in to install" button just feel like a fake button, I think I have already signed in, but it just won't respond.

update: i was with the earlier version of matlab (R2023a) when i face the problem, probably version 3 or 4. But then i updated to matlab R2023a's latest version (R2023a version 6 ), then the problem is gone, the "sign in to install" became "install", and it works as normal now.

I understand you are facing issues while trying to install Control System Toolbox from the Add-On Explorer. You can try the following workaround-

Rerun the MathWorks Product Installer to add any additional products not currently included in your installation. You do not need to reinstall MATLAB if you select the same installation folder.
