launching the installer but can´t keep with the installation

I am trying to install but running:

xhost +SI:localuser:root

sudo -H ./install

xhost -SI:localuser:root

I had already tried either ./install or sudo ./install , but neither worked. All sutuations did not continue to "destinatination", as in pictuer bellow.

It is not available to add. Only once I could, but fail right after when I add the path of the directory. No idea why it could be... Thanks again for your replay.

This is the maximum I could go, but only when I run without permission (directelly with ./install).

What you could do is create the folder and use chown to give the current user write access. But that is what the xhost calls are supposed to achieve anyway. Strange.

If that fails: installation support is available for every license (except academic licenses where you should ask your IT department), so you can contact Mathworks support.
