implementation of the HIL test on a new target.

I have the following source files (rtiostream_tcpip.c, ext_srv.c, rtiostream_interface.c) and I need to perform HIL testing on a new target. I am wondering if there is a manual or guide available that explains how to start from there. If so, could you please provide me with a link or send me a copy of the manual by email?

Hi Zineb,

I'm assuming you have the following files in mind, is that correct?

Create a Transport Layer for TCP/IP or Serial External Mode Communication

Are you using a Simulink Real-Time / Speedgoat target machine? If so, you can disregard this specific example, and use the following example model instead to setup a TCP/IP communication channel on your target machine.

No i'm not using Speedgoat target machine.

The target hardware is a custom embedded computer already running matlab generated code, and we would like to modify our existing software, to be able to run HIL with Simulink on the generated code.
