Code Compose 6 and Matlab

Hello, I am trying to integrate the Code Compose 6 and the Matlab 11a. I am having some issues, anybody could help me?
I am using a C2000 LaunchPad from Texas and I wanna make some kind of data acquisition system using matlab. Is it possible?
