How to assign process I/Os and interface actual process with Structured text generated using Simulink PLC Coder?

Dear all, I have deployed the structured text generated by Simulink PLC Coder to the SIMATIC Manager (used for Siemens PLC). Now, I would like to have real time interaction of the generated code to the process. For that, how can I assign actual/process I/Os to the generated code? Since, generated code consists of process transfer function, how is it possible to use the generated code with an actual system. Your help will be appreciated. Thank you.
