Real Time Windows Target runs slower than sample speed

I'm running a RTWINTGT model programmed for 10 s, but it takes 20 s. Sample time is 0.001 s. Curiosly, when I do it with 0.01 s sample time, it works well. Does somebody have any idea of what's happening?
