Like it says, contact your system administrator. If you don't know who it is, call the main Mathworks sales team.

Visit https://www.mathworks.com/mwaccount/?

That will present you with a list of your licenses. Click on the license that you want to work with.

If your service has already expired, you will be shown a message such as

Your Software Maintenance Service is no longer current. To continue your benefits, renew now.

except the "renew now" will be a link. If so, click it.

If that message does not appear, then take note of the license number from the upper right corner, and fill it in in

https://www.mathworks.com/store/products/renew/XXXXXXXXX

replacing XXXXXXXXX with your license number.
