Question about in house cc-ih circuit simscape implementa​ion(piezee​lectric energy harvester circuit)

Hello guys, i have to implement the in house cc-ih circuit shown in page 7 of this pdf :https://www.researchgate.net/publication/355404949_Finite_element-based_assessment_of_energy_harvesting_in_composite_beams_with_piezoelectric_transducers.As seen in the pdf, this is the diagram of it

My problem is that i dont know how to implement the control logic so that the mosfet turns off/on based on the threshold voltage. I ve tried the comparator block, i ve tried combination of constant, logical and realtional operators but in the end, most of the times it doesnt let me connect the output of my control logic to the gate of the mosfet. I ll give you one of my tries in simscape. If anyone could help with that i would be glad.

I can see you are trying to use the N-Channel MOSFET block from Simscape Electrical. This block is a high-fidelity implementation and takes only electrical control signals. For an example of how to control the gate check this:
