Why do I get the error "exec error 8 attempting to run setup.exe" when installing with the ISO?

This error occurs when the ISO file is incomplete or corrupt. Alternatively, during extraction of the ISO contents, one or more of the files was corrupted by antivirus/security scans. This can occasionally happen if the ISO was extracted on a drive other than C:.
Ensure your ISO file is the correct size. The correct size of the ISO file is displayed on the page where you downloaded the file. 
Try temporarily disabling any antivirus software running on your system before performing the download or mounting of the ISO contents. You may also want to disable any sleep mode features on the computer in case the download takes a long time. If the computer goes into sleep mode, the download process could be interrupted and the ISO could become corrupted.
