The MCC adapter is showing as "Not Operational" means that there is an issue inititalzing the adapter with the toolbox. Please click the link to find out the exact error code as this is necessary to know where the issue is coming from.
If you are receiving error code -226, the issue can occur because of an incorrect entry in the Windows Registry. If you are comfortable modifying the windows registry, please try the following:
1. Open the Registry Editor app on your Windows machine. This can be done by simply searching it from your taskbar or by right-clicking "Start", selecting "Run" and typing "regedit" in the search box.
2. Navigate to the folder "Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Measurement Computing\Instacal & Universal Library".
3. Verify that this folder exists in the registry and is called "Instacal & Universal Library" exactly (instead of just "Instacal"). If it is named incorrectly, changing the name of this folder (i.e. the registry key) should resolve the problem.
4. Restart MATLAB and try connecting to your device again.
If you are still receiving this error or for any other errors, please reach out to Technical Support
