Silent installation of MCRv713 with option to install VCREDIST_x86

Hello, I'm trying a silent installation of MCR713 and its not responsive. I was able to install the vcredist manually and afterwards silent installation of MCR worked. Unfortunately this only worked one time. Any further attempts to duplicate this fail. Even if I do a manual MCR installation it says it needs to install the vcredist_x86 first (its been previously installed) and of course a manual installation will install it and continue with the MCR installation and work, but I need a silent installation. I have been unable to figure out the command line way of installing MCR 713 on a system that does "not have" VCREDIST. I've been getting so email help from Mathworks reps, but no luck yet.

Any help will be appreciated.
