To whom it may concern,
I have IPC board with Intel HM65 chip set build on it, and the operation system I have in Window 7 professional 64-bit. Before I try your xPC Target I need to know whether it is compatible or not. Thank you for your help.

I notice that you have marked xPC Target Embedded. As of R2014a, that was marged with xPC Target to form the new product Simulink Realtime.
For Simulink Realtime there are two main questions:
There are a number of supported peripherals; see <http://www.mathworks.com/products/simulink-real-time/features.html#target_comp_hardware>. You can also write custom peripheral interfaces.
I am having difficulty figuring out what the HM65 actually does. It is marked as a chipset, not as a processor. It seems intended to accompany Celeron processors, not to be a processor itself.
