simulink model works online but fails to run offline

Hello,

I have created a model in online matlab v2024b , but when I try to use it offline (v2024a) I get an error

Error:Index in position 2 exceeds array bounds. Index must not exceed 1

The model works fine online (simulation) but fails to start simulation because of the error above

just to clarify , I have exported the model for previous version of matlab v2024a using online matlab

I tested in R2024a, and could not get it to fail.

I get warnings about undirected broadcasts such as send(door_close). I get warnings about various buttons defined but not used in the chart

@Walter Roberson I am not sure what the problem was but I saved the file to a different folder (it was directly opened from downloads folder in windows 11 whem I got the compilation error) and I dont see the error message anymore

looks like the issue is solved but I dont understand the issue with opening it from downloads causing the issue
