How to give multiple inputs and have a single output in guide?

Hey guys, i am making a code of finding linearity of a system by using GUIDE command. Now i am giving inputs as coefficents of difference equation. I know how to enter a single input in textedit, but how will i give the input for n coefficents of difference equation. Thanks.
