minimizing F = y'wy with constraints Ay = b, and l<=y(1)+y(2)+...+y(V)<=u. Where y is a 1XN array consisting of integer values of 0 and 1.
I would appreciate it if you could tell me how I can solve this problem using minlp.m. I have no problem imposing the first constraint (Ay = b) and the upper limit in the second constraint. However there is no option for setting the lower boundary condition for y(1)+y(2)+...+y(V). I was hoping that you could help me with this? Thanks
