Power spectral density calculation of a MUAP of EMG

Hello Members,
I am a doing a project in EMG Signal classification based on spectral features extracted from MUAP.
Is it possible to find out the power spectral density of a part of signal containing 350 samples if the original sampling frequency of the signal is 23438?
