am trying to submit my programming machine learning course's assignment using matlab 15

but i always faced this unexpected error

Submission failed: unexpected error: Error using urlreadwrite (line 98)

Error downloading URL. Your network connection may be down or your proxy settings improperly configured. please any help? thanks in advance.
