Best way to manipulate a large graph?

I have about 136,000 points on a graph and I cannot spread them out to see each individual point. Is there another piece I can download or a good way to manipulate the graph the way I want? Please help.

Sort of like the 'jitter' option of boxplot, you want the points to be moved slightly so they do not overlap?
Is your graph a scatter plot? 2D or 3D?

a 2D scatter plot, and yes. I want to be able to spread out the graph so that I can see each point along the curves.
