generating c++ code from matlab

i want to generate c++ code from matlab , how can i do this.I searched in google i got information about matlab coder , can u please tell me how to install and configure matlab coder

MATLAB Coder is an optional Toolkit that is available from Mathworks for the Academic, and Commercial / Professional licenses (but not for Student or Home licenses if I recall.)

When I last looked, the price for MATLAB Coder for a Commercial / Professional license was approximately $US8600.
