Specifying input/output argument size in Embedded Matlab Functions

I am currently working on a project involving some Embedded Matlab Functions within a Stateflow Chart. Is there any chance of defining the input/output argument size directly within the respective Embedded Matlab Function. I know that the size can be defined in the ModelExplorer, however i want to define the size directly within the function.
