Error while generating code for DLL

Hi, I am using Matlab2013b. I am getting below error while generating code for my integrated model.

_"Error: Error occurred when generating shared data declaration: The following shared header files contain both data type definition and data declaration or macro define:

To continue, manually remove the slprj folder and use different header files for data type definition and data declaration or macro define"_

My model is referring to multiple Reference Models. Code generation and compilation for Reference Models are successful. The Matlab error message is not providing any information that could help me to debug the issue. Appreciate any help in this regards. I can provide more information if required.
