How to plot 3d surfaces defined through lists?

I cannot seem plot 3d surface defined through list ( 3d array of points)

You need to use one of the tools for creating a grid of data. See http://www.mathworks.com/help/matlab/scattered-data-interpolation.html and also the older http://www.mathworks.com/help/matlab/ref/triscatteredinterp.html
