Hierarchical FIS for many inputs.

Is there a fuzzy logic toolbox for hierarchical or cascaded fuzzy inference system as I have 5^11 rules. Also, can i import rules directly from .xls, .c or .txt file?

Is it necessary to have 2 input fuzzy subsystems in a hierarchical fuzzy system? Can we have distinct number of inputs in each sub system? I am yet to find a standard paper with such example, though. Is the rule modelling process any different than conventional FIS?
