using ga to optimize multivariable system with multiple equal local minimum

I need to optimize a non-linear system with mixed integer variable and not a single global solution but 100 possible local identical minimum.I discovered that GA is the only possible solution for integer variables even if does not guarantee convergence.I would like to know if the existence of equal minimum may limit GA finding any of the minimum.For me it makes no difference what the minimum is found but there may be a problem in finding even one?In fact, the Matlab's manual consider single global solution. Thanks
